wanna be in a movie? my friends are shooting a feature in palm springs @ the riviera and they need warm bodies to fill background shots. yes, they are looking for extras. i’m not going to be here, but if you’re interested, here’s the info:

Extras Needed for the film The Encore of Tony Duran, starring Elliott Gould. Charity event scene being shot at The Riveria Ballroom on October 7.

In this scene, people attending the event are sitting at tables watching the evening’s entertainment. There are two types of extras needed. Type I is people sitting at the tables near the stage. These extras are likely to be in close-up audience shots. Actors with training are preferred, but not necessary. They need people who can pay attention and take direction. Type two is people who will sit at other tables in the room. Dress is evening desert casual, like attending a charity event here. 

They need about 200 extras. The shoot is October 7 and call will be approximately 8:00AM.

Extras will be to there for three or four hours or more. Details will be forthcoming.
